Introduction

In 1997 Comlectrics Pty Ltd seized an opportunity in the rapidly growing telecommunication industry in Australia to establish a strong customer base.  In providing quality telecommunications services the company experienced rapid growth, expanding our services to included complete electrical services.

The services supplied by Comlectrics are in great demand as Australian’s demand more from their electronics mediums incorporating telecommunication, data and electrical service integration.

Seizing these opportunities Comlectrics has rapidly expanded from a telecommunication’s installation and Service Company into a company providing complete communications solutions and electrical services.

Company Ownership

The company is a propriety company limited by shares held by its two directors Jeffrey Kevin Veaney and Felicity Jayne Veaney.

Comlectrics Pty Ltd is trustee for the Veaney Family Trust and the Veaney Directors Superannuation Fund.

Company History

Comlectrics Pty Ltd was incorporated on the 3^rd day of April 1997 as a Communications, Electrical Installation and Service Company.  Since this time the company has expanded into Communications equipment sales and network solutions.  The company now employs six full time staff to meet its metropolitan customer demand, whilst using subcontractors to meet rural demand.

Comlectrics has offices located in the eastern metropolitan suburb of MORLEY with warehouse and workshop in BAYSWATER.  Comlectrics is centrally located to its Metropolitan and Outer Metropolitan Customer base.

Service Area

Comlectrics markets services to the Perth metropolitan, outer metropolitan and Western Australian regional areas, using a base of subcontractors to meet customer demand.
